How to enable Javascript for Internet Explorer...
Steps One & Two :
1: In Internet Explorer select the Tools Tab...
2: Scroll down to bottom of the options panel and select "Internet Options" as illustrated in the image...

Step Three :
3: Select the Security tab in the within the Internet Options window...
Step Four :
4: Within the Security Tab select the Custom level option as shown...
Steps Five and Six :
5 : Within the Custom Level Settings scroll down to the Scripting Settings...
6 : Once at the Scripting go to the Active Scripting option and select Enable...

Step Seven :
7 : Once the Active Scripting option is Enabled click the OK Button...
Step Eight :
8 : A Warning window will appear to confirm that you want to enable your browsers active scripting. Click yes! And your almost done...
Step Nine :
9 : Once you OK'd the change simply exit from Security Tab and Internet Options...
