"coat is good quality, and with excellent service in store. However, the DPD deliver service was terrible. I left my address to store, but the address on DPD website was wrong, and I had to choose the store pick up rather deliver to my house."

"I had a very pleasant experience for my purchase of a wedding suit in the Moss Regent Street branch. They were very friendly and helpful throughout the process - in particular Laurentiu who was extremely attentive. I was in several other shops (incl from fancy brands where you would expect a high standard), and level of consultation and service at Moss stood out. I’m very happy with the end result after minor and quick alterations."
