Herringbone is an age-old pattern, used by the Ancient Egyptians for jewellery and the Ancient Romans for roads. It’s known for its strength and classic style.
We’ve woven this pure wool coat in a herringbone pattern to create a heritage look with plenty of texture. A plain insert lends a contrast and will help to shut out the cold around your neck and chest. Cut in a regular fit, it follows traditional British tailoring rules and will look seamless over your suit for smart days.
You can wear this coat with or without the insert. Simply zip it out if you would prefer to wear a scarf or leave it zipped in for a more relaxed look.
