"Fantastic. I'm someone who doesn't need often wear suits (basically, weddings and job interviews previously) but needed to hire something for an awards do through work. The lady who served me and measured me was clearly a natural with customer service and in not making me feel like a 'fish out of water' - which is how I tend to feel in such unfamiliar environments. Everything was explained to me regarding the hire process and payment. The shop was looking immaculate and all staff who I had contact with were fab."
