1. OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU

When you buy any items through our ‘Custom Made’ service (“Goods”) you agree to be bound by these Terms at which point a legally binding contract will be in place between you and us. 2. YOUR ORDER

You must review all details of your design before completing your order online. Once you have paid and we accept your order we will email you a confirmation with your order number.

3. CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

You may only amend your order in the period from when you complete your order online until 2pm the next day, including weekends and bank holidays (“Cooling Off Period”). Changes can be made in your local Moss Bros store.

4. CANCELLATIONS

Due to the personalised nature of the Goods that are individually custom-tailored just for you, you only have the right to cancel your order and in your Cooling Off period . You can not cancel your order after your Cooling Off period as production will have begun.

5. PAYMENT

You will pay the total price of the Goods on the day you place your order.

6. COLLECTION

When you place your order, we’ll give you an expected delivery date. We’ll then notify you when it is ready for collection from your chosen Moss Bros store. You must check your order when you collect it and let us know if there’s anything you’re not happy with before you leave the store. If you don’t collect your order within one year of being notified it’s ready, we’ll dispose of it.

7. SIZING AND ALTERATIONS

When you place your order online, you will be asked to choose the fit and size of the Goods to be made. You confirm that individually custom-tailored items cannot be returned or exchanged if they do not fit you. If needed, we can arrange for alterations to your items at the point of collection. However, you will be responsible for any costs incurred with alterations to the Goods.

8. THE LAW

These Terms will be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
