Custom Made Terms & Conditions

1. CONFIRM YOUR ORDER

You, the customer, must review all details on your order form with the MOSS styling assistant before signing it and paying the deposit to confirm your order.

2. AMENDMENTS

You may only amend your order in your Cooling Off period – that’s 24 hours from the time you pay your deposit, including weekends and bank holidays. Any changes must be made in the store where your order was placed, and you’ll need to sign a new order form. Alternatively contact our Customer Services team on 0115 6478 487.

3. PAYMENT

You will pay a 50% deposit on the day you place your order and the remaining balance when you collect your order. We won’t release any orders until the full balance is paid. If you don’t collect your garment within 30 days of being notified that it’s ready to collect, you will still be liable to pay the balance. We reserve the right to charge the balance payment to your payment card without further notice.

4. DELIVERY TO STORE

Your order will be ready for collection 28 days after you pay your deposit, except in circumstances beyond our control. We’ll give you an expected delivery date when you place your order and we’ll let you know when it’s ready to collect.

5. INSTORE COLLECTION

You must try on your order in store within 30 days of the delivery date and let us know if there’s anything you’re not happy with before you leave the store .We can only accept issues with the order within 30 days of the delivery date. If you don’t collect your order within 30 days of being notified it’s ready, we reserve the right to dispose of it.

6. ALTERATIONS

In the unlikely event that the measurements of your order differ from those on your order form, we will make alterations at our own cost. Any alterations are made at our discretion, and we follow a strict policy of repair, replace, and finally refund. Any further alterations requested that differ from the original order are chargeable at our standard alteration costs.

7. CANCELLATIONS

You have the right to cancel your order and get a refund of your deposit in your Cooling Off period only. If you cancel your order after your Cooling Off period, we will charge a cancellation fee equal to your balance(that’s your full order amount minus the deposit you’ve already paid).We reserve the right to charge the cancellation fee to your original payment card without further notice.

8. THE LAW

The Contract law will be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
