Delivery Information

2-3 working days. We use Hermes for all our standard deliveries and a signature is normally required. Alternatively the parcel may be left in a safe place and a card will be left detailing location.

Bank Holidays (UK)

Please allow an extra 2 working days for delivery to any destination.

You will receive an email advising when your parcel has arrived in store. Parcels will be held at your chosen store for 14 calendar days for you to collect.
Excludes some Outlet, Northern Ireland and Eire Stores.

Orders placed after 4pm will be processed the next working day. Orders placed between Thursday 4pm – Sunday 1pm will be delivered on Monday, excluding Bank Holidays.
