International delivery
Standard Delivery to UK destinations is FREE when you spend £200 or more. On orders under £200, delivery costs £4.95.
Deliveries usually take 3-5 working days. You will be sent an email with a tracking link when your order has been despatched.
Order by 12 noon Mon - Fri and your order will be delivered in 1-2 working days.
We can no longer guarantee delivery in time for Christmas with Express delivery. Please select Next Working Day if available.
Order before 4pm Monday to Thursday for delivery the next working day. Order before 2pm Sunday for delivery on Monday.
Excludes Northern Ireland and the Islands and Highlands. Next Working Day might not be available for your order because of despatch location. Check bag page for options.
Click & Collect to our UK stores is FREE when you spend £35 or more. On orders under £35, there is a charge of £4.95.
You will receive an email advising when your parcel has arrived in store.

We will endeavour to despatch orders placed before 2pm on a weekday on the same day (for European destinations). Transit time begins the day after a despatch email is sent – once our couriers are in possession of your parcel. The below delivery timeframes are indicative only and we cannot be held responsible for any delays.

- Orders will be delivered by FedEx. Normal shipping times are 3-6 working days from placing your order, depending on your state and location. You will receive a tracking link by email from FedEx.
- Delivery will be attempted twice or left safe if it deemed OK to leave.
