I have been disappointed with MossBros on several occasions. 2 times they sent me the wrong item and I had to return these to store for a refund. I was given vouchers for compensation. This time the suit was dirty and was definitely not slim fit. The trousers on this order were 32 waist but felt like 34 and were definitely not slim fit. Overall, unfortunately I’ve been very disappointed and will refrain from shopping here in the future.

The in-store service was excellent for the 1st suit I tried on. I looked around the store & seen chanced upon the French Connection Suit which I bought. The only gripe I experienced was when I asked if their was any online discounts available, the reply was no & that each item was priced individually. So I paid £260 & got an email receipt. This receipt had a 20% discount available. Had I bought the first item & then checked my email receipt before buying the next 2 items, I could have saved a further £40 off the suit.
