Moss is proud to be in partnership with Centrepoint, the charity working towards ending youth homelessness for good.
Centrepoint is the UK’s leading charity tackling youth homelessness. In partnership with other organisations, they provide thousands of homeless young people with safe housing and tailored support to help them move forward with their lives.
They also offer a national Helpline, prevention work in schools, policy and campaigning initiatives, and a flagship Independent Living Programme, aimed at providing young people with affordable accommodation to kickstart an independent future beyond homelessness.
“It is a privilege to partner with Centrepoint. We’re confident our support can bring them a step closer to achieving their goal of ending youth homelessness by 2037.” – Brian Brick, CEO.
Every four minutes, a young person in the UK faces homelessness - and while it will take a huge collective effort to tackle the problem - Moss can play a small role in advancing Centrepoint’s vital work through the following initiatives:
Dress for Success
At Moss, we know that a smart outfit can change the way you carry yourself, from looking the part for a job interview to simply feeling celebrated. By donating our excess stock to young people living in Centrepoint’s services as part of the ‘Dress for Success’ project, we can instill greater confidence in them, helping them feel empowered to take control of their lives.
Awareness drivers
By encouraging conversations internally, we will educate staff on Centrepoint’s services and the resources available to young people who are facing homelessness.
Sleep Out
Each year, Centrepoint’s Sleep Out fundraising event invites people to give up their bed for one night and sleep outside, offering a glimpse into the harsh reality of rough sleeping. The event raises vital awareness around the causes of youth homelessness and brings communities together to support lasting solutions. Team Moss is proud to participate in this year's event.
