Items 966240717 and 966240709 (both formal trousers) in real life are not as described and shown on the website. The website states that they feature side adjusters and turn up hem (as an extra stylish feature). In reality they are plain hem and no side adjusters. Unfortunately for me, I had the item delivered to family in the UK who then sent to me in France (as I am living here temporarily), so imagine the disappointment to find out that the items were wrong and the stress to return them to the UK (probably cost as much as the items themselves). I called to mention this and the staff gave the stock answer (write to our complaints team.....). I definitely will not be buying from Moss online again (or ever for that matter), as I literally cannot trust what I read and don't appreciate the lack of support.
