That’s a bit misleading as the one star isn’t for the service in store it’s for the The photo on your website is very misleading. First if all it they were nowhere near cropped as it virtually rested on my shoes and it definitely wasn’t stretched! I at first was going to return them for a refund but since I liked the trousers I have taken them to my local tailor to get them altered so they will be cropped!
