"Measure customers correctly and if a problem is found don’t say “well you signed a contract to say your happy”! I put my tuxedo on for my event to find out at 6ft 1 inches tall I had been given 30” trousers.
The store attendant was really unhelpful and told me he couldn’t do anything I had to contact customer services. He also said it was my fault for trusting their measurements!
In short a very rude unprofessional experience and I will never use this service again."

"I purchased my partner a pair of formal trousers, the original assistant that helped me was brilliant, she really gave me am understanding of the different styles, how they would fit etc.
However, I did have to return them as they didn't actually fit my partner and the gentleman who sorted my refund was again, absolutely brilliant. The several times I've gone into the Salisbury store to browse I have been given exemplary customer service"

"I PURCHASED MY TROUSERS FROM THE SALISBURY STORE WHERE I FOUND THE LADY STORE ASSISTANT TO HAVE VERY HIGH CUSTOMER CARE SKILLS AND NOTHING WAS TO MUCH TROUBLE FOR HER, AFTER TRYING ON SEVERAL PAIRS OF TROUSERS I BOUGHT TWO PAIRS, AND THEY WERE A PERFECT FIT AND THE MATERIAL WAS WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR, I HAD NOT BOUGHT ANY CLOTHING IN MOSS BROS FOR MANY YEARS BUT IF I OBTAINED AS GOOD CUSTOMER CARE IN MY LOCAL STORE IN EXETER I WOULD PURCHASE FROM THE STORE."
