"The service I received was fantastic. Pretty sure the guys name was Paul, he advised well, got shirts to try on with the trews outfit to tie it all in. Advised on lengths, jackets, guy was very good at his job. Much cheaper to hire than other places and great quality. The service just sealed the deal"

"My service was fine until I picked my items up.... I managed to catch my eye on a contents document that was sitting on the desk which wasn’t to be given away with me. On it there was next day delivery for £8 and peace of mind for £9. These items were not clearly itemised as such on my sales invoice in the slightest. I clearly said to the sales consultant at time of order that next day delivery was not needed as I was picking it up in 6 days time. There was no discussion at all regarding peace of mind. What you have essentially done here is preloaded my sales invoice with these items. By adding the peace of mind onto my bill without any sort of discussion you have sold an insurance product to me without me knowing. That is no different to what happened with PPI. I have subsequently asked for these items to be taken off my bill and credited back to my card. I am not happy in the slightest with the clandestine charges that you have clearly applied here. Perhaps this is what happens to all hire customers? I am thinking of taking this further as no company should be allowed to invoice insurance products without the proper presentations and customers signatures saying they understand the benefits and that they wish to accept or decline."
