About our store


Set on Newcastles Northumberland Street in the city center, only minutes away from Newcastles main rail station and next to Monument Metro and Bus Links, surrounded by numerous car parking facilities. We offer a wide range of retail and hire, brands including Ted Baker, French Connection, DKNY and more. You will be met with a team of friendly, professional, fully trained and knowledgeable staff. We also offer our Tailor me service which will allow you to pick a suit and add your own specifications.

"The suits are great and a good price however the service was awful. We were left standing numerous times while the manager served other customers. The manager was trying to do everything which meant he did nothing well. Other staff seemed to be doing very little. We were in stone 1hour 45 minutes to try on a suit for alterations and collect a suit. This was four times as long as the wedding dress alteration. We had young children with us which made the situation worse. The shop had called to say all the suits were in however when we requested one to take it was missing the trousers. We were told on several occasions, I'll just serve these then I'm all yours. This was not the case. Service was slow and disorganised. In two occasion the manager said to us 'what am I doing now?!' Staff commented on the good behaviour of our children and said usually they are screaming my this point. Not surprising with a simple task taking almost two hours! The shop needs to focus on one customer as a time and the manager needs to delegate"
