"Unlike the rubbish experience I had the Basingstoke store and still in search of a black suit, I wandered into the Whitely store and whilst looking politely asked to what I was looking for, I came away with a new suit as a result. Can’t fault the service here and it’s a shame it’s not consistent. The reason for not giving 5 stars was on Moss itself putting up the prices up, my 1st attempt had my money taken, waiting 4 months and no suit, 2nd attempt here was great but cost me more and that is a bit grating on the nerves, I needed a suit though."

On this occasion I found the staff to be ready to interact with customers in a friendly manner that showed interest in me as a person rather than a customer.

"I HAD PURCHASED A DINNER SUIT LAST YEAR TO WEAR DURING MY FIRST EVER UPCOMING CRUISE BUT DUE TO THE COVID SITUATION, THE CRUISE WAS CANCELLED UNTIL SEPT THIS YEAR. UPON CHECKING MY SUIT, I FOUND THAT THE DINNER JACKET (NEVER WORN) WAS MORE THAN A LITTLE TIGHT BECAUSE I HAD PUT ON WIEGHT.
WHEN I ADVISED THE WHITELEY STORE OF THE PROBLEM. THE MANAGER (SIMON) PROMPTLY ARRANGED TO HAVE THE JACKET EXCHANGED FOR ONE OF THE CORRECT SIZE, DESPITE THE FACT THAT IT WAS WELL BEYOND THE NORMAL TIME FOR A RETURN TO BE MADE. EXCELLENT SERVICE AND TOP MARKS TO THE TEAM AT WHITELEY. GEORGE"
