"Staff at the Fort were really friendly and professional, unlike the staff at the Birmingham New Street store.
Although experience at times appeared rushed. I would advise staff to spend a few more focused minutes attenting to customers specific needs. This in my opinion would help maximise sales."

"I was only customer in there with 4 members of staff. After 10 minutes not one person came to ask if I needed assistance. I had to ask to try a pair of shoes. The chap who served me was friendly whilst serving me. I asked for 2 pairs and wanted to carry on shopping as I had lots to get. He said fine. No further assistance was offered and he walked off to join other staff members who obviously had more important things to discuss than assisting me. I helped myself to grab a jumper and ties, but was so fed up I left it at that. I went to Next and spent £300 on shirts, jumpers, belts etc which I would have happily spent at Moss Bros if they had actually been bothered to assist me."
