Returns & Refunds


Following the Government's advice on 23rd March regarding non-essential businesses, we made the decision to immediately close our warehouse to allow all our colleagues to stay safely at home. Our stores had already closed the previous week. We are therefore not currently able to process any returns at this current time. As soon as the Government's advice changes and it is safe for our warehouse team to return to work, we will begin processing returns straight away. We do expect there to be a backlog, so please give us a little time to catch up if you have returned an order to us. Thanks for your patience and understanding.

The health and well-being of our customers and colleagues is our number one priority so we’ve made the difficult decision to close our stores across the UK and Ireland. It is therefore not currently possible to return items to any of our stores.

It is not currently possible to exchange your items for a different size as our warehouse is temporarily closed to allow all our colleagues to stay safely at home. As soon as the Government's advice changes and it is safe for our warehouse team to return to work, we will enable exchanges again.
