"Hired a suit for my sisters wedding, soon as i walked in the suit was ready for pick up , great customer service and a perfect fit. Only one suggestion would of been good if braces were provided as no loops to wear a belt but other than that i highly recommend Moss Bros."

"I recently visited the outlet located in Freeport, Braintree, Essex. Whilst there, I purchased three suits for the purposes of work.
The Store Manager there was very helpful - he was professional, courteous and very approachable.
Unfortunately, when I arrived home, I discovered that two of the suits, upon closer inspection, were highly unsuitable for work purposes (being that I work for a management consultancy). I realised that one suit was not designed to accommodate a belt but rather instead, braces only. The other suit had a skinny fit pair of trousers with a tailored fitting jacket.
I travelled to my local store located in Colchester, Essex high street. Upon arriving, I realised that I did not have my receipt with me. The manager investigated the issue by calling the store and referencing the time of purchase and the items purchased at that time to uncover the purchase reference number. The Colchester Store Manager was highly helpful and professional.
The reason I have provided a four-star rating as opposed to a 5 Star rating, on this occasion is that the Store Manager who dealt with the initial purchase understood (from the conversation we shared on the day of purchase) that the items I had selected were for the purposes of work and therefore could have had slightly more attention to detail in advising me of the types/styles of suits I was buying.
Additionally, I was not presented, at the time, nor was I aware that an e-receipt could be sent to my email address. Had I have known this, I would have welcomed this opportunity.
However, I would close by saying that overall, the customer service was excellent and the colleagues, as previously expressed, were incredibly helpful."

"The young gentleman that served me (Gideon) was outstanding and helped me choose a suit shoes & shirt for an important occasion. He took his time and gave me some good guidance, His customer service and knowledge was outstanding.
Unfortunately when it came to paying the suit jacket was was scanned twice rather that the jacket and trousers. (Not an issue mistakes are made) I did not notice as the receipt was electronic so I could not see it. In the future I will get paper receipts only.
On getting home and checking the emailed receipt I noticed the mistake and rang the store asking for a refund. The manager informed me I had to bring the trousers in to be scanned as the bar codes are indidual and then a refund would be made. I was not happy with this as I do not live close to town and had to leave for the weekend. After expaining that I am not coming in and barcodes are not unique at all and he should scan another pair of trousers in store he informed me he would ring head office customer services for advice.
He did get back to me and leave a message informing me a refund would be made in 3-5 working days. I really should not have to argue my point with the manager as to why I should have to drive all the way into town, pay for parking again just so they could rectify their mistake."
